Returns & Exchanges: Requests for returns of Plastock product must be submitted for approval within 15 days of receipt by customer. A return authorization number must be obtained from Plastock before product is returned. All unauthorized returns will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. If the product returned to Plastock is accepted the customer will be advised of charges for inspection, handling and restocking. No returns will be authorized or credit issued for used or nonstandard items, modified catalogue items or catalog items made to customer order in production runs. For any approved return a credit will be applied to customer account to be used on the next purchase.
